			Cynthia Lee McLellan - Associated Broker Ms. McLellan has a background of more than 27 years in the following areas of expertise: residential and commercial real estate brokerage, business brokerage, residential and commercial lending, asset management, loan workout, hotel/motel management, concept conversions, human resources, corporate management and accounting. During her four year affiliation with CENTURY 21, she was Top Producer at the office level no less than 21 times and at the Rocky Mountain Regional level four (4) times. In 1995, she finished third place at the Rocky Mountain Regional level.


			Paula Kitzman - Associated Broker Paula is a native of the beautiful state of Colorado. She resides in the Lakewood area. She loves the outdoors including ice fishing and hunting. She has been a licensed real estate agent for 8 years and has more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience. 			Molly Jo Campbell - Associated Broker Molly Jo is a Denver native, and has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado for 8 years, providing quality, full service, professional Real Estate services and information to residential property sellers and purchasers. 			Charles "Chuck" Rich - Associated Broker Mr. Rich has been active in real estate for more than ten years and has a background in engineering. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1960 with a degree in mining, and in 1968, he received his Masters degree in mining economics. For 30 years, he was active in the Navy and Navy reserves and also held positions with the Bureau of Mines, the Bureau of Reclamation, and Western Area Power Administration. He's very precise and methodical, and he works diligently and dutifully for his clients. He's very capable of developing win-win situations for all parties in a transaction and has a large amount of experience in dealing with complicated property right transactions.


			Heather M. Ehrenstrasser - Marketing Associate Ms. Ehrenstrasser has a diverse background of more than eight years in the following area of expertise: management of residential and commercial real estate offices, Residential real estate and hospitality industry marketing and design, SBA loan processing, residential mortgage banking, book keeping, human resources, and public relations. Ms. Ehrenstrasser oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and interacts with the employees and brokers with effervesence and charm. Her skill at being an extension of the brokerage team is what continually brings back our customers.
