great deal of our business is by referral - from friends,
family and past clients, however, many times it is from another Real
Estate
professional. Our residential business is about people and that
includes “our”
client and the preservation of the relationship with the individual who
has
made the referral.
Your
referral is
precious to us! We
want every one of “our” clients to have a
positive experience and to know that you have participated and remained
informed in the entire transaction.
We
will agree to
pay any referring licensed broker a 30% referral fee
of the commission received by Anton Hospitality Brokers’
Residential Division
and on the referred transaction (Buy or Sale) we will ask you to pick
a charity
and participate in a donation of another 3% of the total commission
received by
Anton
Hospitality Brokers’ Residential division in your name and
ours.
