Property Tax Appeals

You could be paying too much for your property taxes, and our team can help determine whether you may be eligible for an appeal. We are also able to help prepare the documents that will be required to protest and appeal with any Colorado county assessors office.

If you would like us to take a look at your valuation, please send $125.00 via the paypal link below. For $25.00, we will review your documentation, and if we determine that you are not eligible for an appeal, we will refund the remaining $100.00. If we determine that you are eligible for an appeal, we will prepare all of the documentation that you will need in order to submit your appeal on or before May 31, 2012.

All requests for review must be made by May 23, 2012.
