We at Anton Hospitality Brokers feel that it is important to give back to the community that we live in, and we have made the commitment to give at least 10% of our gross commission to those in need annually. We would like to do more, and so now we are passing the gift giving on to our clients!

If you are a current client, someone who wants to sell a home, or you are looking to purchase a home…even from a new home builder, we will donate 3% of our commission to one of the local charities listed below in both your name and ours.

Also, if you would like to refer someone who needs to sell or buy even if they are located in another part of Colorado or in a different state in the US, in such referral situation, we will donate an additional 3% to the charity of your choice, again in both your name and ours. You choose to which of the charities below, your philanthropy is extended.

			Colorado Open Lands The organization's mission is to preserve the significant open lands and diminishing natural heritage of Colorado through private and public partnerships, innovative land conservation techniques, and strategic leadership. They have protected more than 161,400 acres of open space in Colorado since 1981, and more than 98% of the organization's revenues are used directly for conservation.


			Colorado Professional Firefighters The mission of the Colorado Professional Fire Fighters Foundation is to provide aid and support to Colorado firefighters, their families and dependents, who are victims of tragedy. The founders realized that the men and women who sacrifice their lives, or are injured while saving others, leaves families with very real emotional and financial needs.


			Denver Dumb Friends League The organization is a national leader in providing humane care to lost and abandoned animals, rescuing sick, injured and abused animals, adopting pets to new homes, helping pets stay in homes, and educating pet owners and the public about the needs of companion animals. No animals are ever turned away.


			Denver Museum of Nature and Science DMNS is the region's leading resource for informal science education. The organization's mission is to inspire curiosity and excite minds of all ages through scientific discovery and the presentation and preservation of the world's unique treasures.


			SafeHouse Denver SafeHouse Denver operates the only shelter in Denver that exclusively serves victims of domestic violence. SafeHouse also runs a non-residential counseling & advocacy center where they provide all of their support services to women and children who don't need emergency housing.


			Make a Wish Foundation of Colorado The organization grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since being founded in 1983, the chapter has granted more than 2,400 wishes to eligible Colorado children.


			Denver Zoo The organization's mission is to provide a wildlife conservancy which offers high-quality experiences in an urban recreational setting. To provide environmental education which inspires public awareness of global conservation. To engage in scientific programs which make meaningful contributions to the conservation of animals and their ecosystems.


			Energy Outreach Colorado Through the charitable energy network and the low-income assistance program (LEAP), Energy Outreach Colorado helps those in need across the state. They also support energy efficiency improvements for affordable housing through energy solutions grants that provide long-term solutions to helping need Coloradoans control their energy costs.


			Colorado Public Radio The mission of CPR is to create and distribute public radio programming for the people of Colorado , to be an educational and cultural resource for our audiences, and to reflect the ideas and concerns of listeners throughout the state.
